Exchange Policy

At Shandar Mobile, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day exchange policy, subject to the following conditions:

    • The exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
    • The mobile phone must be in its original condition, with no signs of use, damage, or scratches.
    • The box, accessories, and all included items must be returned intact.
  2. Exchange Process
